File - First Amendment - Does Not Exist

Possible reasons are:

• Installation of the USA Patriot Act (USAPA) on or after October 26th, 2001 (this automatically deletes Free Speech).
  
• Installation of a Police State in readiness for USAPA-2
  
• Classification of the First Amendment as unpatriotic.
  
• Your ISP or Search Engine may be denying access to sites which are unpatriotic and/or promote Free Speech.
  
• The Free Speech option appears to be unavailable in your State. Your Civil Liberties have been uninstalled.
  
• To reinstall the First Amendment select the Election option from the Options menu. From the pull-down list of Available Candidates, deselect Bush Administration and enter a tick against your preferred Presidential Candidate. You are advised to carefully read the specifications of your chosen Presidential Candidate to ensure that it supports the following options: First Amendment, Civil Liberties, Free Speech and that it allows the following to be disabled: Wire-Tap, Electronic Surveillance, Pen/Trap and Sub Poena.
